I got up this morningand turned on a set of three lights, and they're very dim. Occasionally the lights dim with no other loads, no heaters, no a/c, etc. sometimes to 10 % of their capacity. Once in a while they completely go off altogether. Stay that way for minutes or hours. Local utility takes no responsibility for it. ?
