I am going to make some exterior storm windows due to the fact that I have inswing hinged windows on a very old house. The windows are beautiful, but very inefficent. Currently I have ugly triple tracks. I want to remove my newly made windows every spring. Anybody have any thoughts on the best hardware to use to attach the windows each fall to get a nice tight fit, without screwing the windows in.

Other info: I plan on using a temporary peal & seal caulk on the interior window each fall, so I can limit air/moisture penetration from inside the house to the air space between the interior and exterior storm.
