You can purchase the hinge that allows for most coverage and less overlay.

Plan your fillers on sides against the wall well. And double door cabinets.

I like Euro cabinets, they are easier to make and adjust shelving later on. They are so square though, so harder to join (and make to appear seamless) on real walls that are not straight.
