Well the kitchen requires two 20A circuits of it's own, as does the laundry. The bathrooms require a separate circuit (one or two depending on how you wire it). Practically, so do all the appliances (I assume you also have electric hot water which you omitted, plus you probably want some dedicated circuits for other kitchen appliances).

If you're jurisdiction is NEC 2005, you'll need to AFCI all the outlets (lights and receptacles) in the bedrooms. You could put all three bedrooms on a single circuit, but I'd use at least two. You'll also (in addition to the kitchen and bath mentioned above) need to GFCI the basement, outside, and garage receptacles. So depending on if you want to scrimp on GFCI devices you'll want to put those three on the same circuit. Barring any other considerations, I'd use two receptacle circuits and another lighting circuit for th remainder of the rooms.

66 feet is not a long run.
In addition to all of the above you should also consider some separate circuits for refidgerator, dish washer, computer and entertainment center.
Don't put the garage door opener on GFCI. Even though in the garage it is not required, being up in the ceiling where it can't be used a general purpose receptacle.
