Bathroom outlet question

I'm preparing to move in a couple weeks and while cleaning the new place up to paint, I noticed the outlets in the bathroom do not work unless the light switch is turned on. Anything I can do to fix that? Thanks!

How many outlets are involved? Are they in any way attached to a light?

Could have been done on purpose so that you don't leave the room with something like curling iron left on. Turn off lights and anything plugged in is turned off as well.

If you want to change it you will need to open the switch and tell us the wiring. Don't change anything at this point. Turn the power off first.

There are two outlets, one on each side of the medicine cabinet. There are lights above it, but the previous owners said it was that way even before they installed the new vanity and mirror. You want the wiring diagram from the switch or the ones on the outlets? I can check it out when I'm over there tonite. Thanks!
