Sinks: Done.

I like when things start to come together. In the last couple days we chose our kitchen sink, and got it on eBay (Blue Bath) for $100 less than the sale price at Blue Bath's main site. We knew we wanted a farmhouse sink but we didn't want to pay too much and my wife was not sure she would like the big single bowl. Then we found this one and it clicked. It's big, semi-split bowls and under budget.

I just picked up our antique wall hung bathroom sink from the powder coaters, it's all shiny and white now. It has a bit of rough bubbling in the basin, but he knocked 50% off the price so I'm fine with it. This is not our actual before image but it's pretty darn close to what we started with. I will post after eventually I promise.

And best of all, my house plans are stamped and I get to go print them (instead of waiting another undetermined amount of time for the architect to do so). So next up: gettings quotes and building a cabinet to fit the bathroom sink.

Mhmm I like progress.
