From what I know of the style and what I've seen in this style of house, wide, fairly simple and dark stained baseboards are the standard. They are usually flat with a bit of trim on top so could easily be made from standard boards and trim pieces. You can enter tudor baseboards n the box above under photos and see some examples.

Tudor style mouldings are characterized by bold coves and ovolos, large chamfers and fillets, beak moulds, and delicate ogees and beads. Some lumber supply websites offer background information on different moulding styles. One good example is the website for a company called Mouldings One.
