Aren, they remind me of the wine ledges we have at WineRacks.com: http://www.wineracks.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=34_39&products_id=190. Possibly a different rack but you can achieve a similar look stacking one wine ledge above another

They are Wine Enthusiast brand. I found them a couple places on line. But best price I found was at Wayfair.com. Type in Urban Wall Wine Rack in the search. They come 28" high, so you need a few to get this height.

That glass, too, was there when we got there. We weren't involved in constructing the home, only staging it. Sorry again!
