My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    That is a slate floor.

    Actually is a porcelain look a like! It comes in 24x24 and we cut to 12x24 to set on a herringbone pattern. Slate would work too but difficult to find in this size. This is not a tile that I get direct from mfr but we did purchase it for the client from Robert F. Henry tile. They have location in Birmingham that is quite large and does ship.
