We are in the process of updating our 22 yr old contractor built hall bath. Primarily for resale in 2 yrs. the double sink option is not longer useful (and rarely was) with our older kids now, however, it seemed practical at the time. It's a smaller length, 49.5" and leaves no counter space. Not sure if the double sink feature is still attractive to home buyers vs. a single sink w more counter room.

We were also thinking of putting in a single sink offset while leaving the plumbing roughed in on the other side for future use perhaps.
