Increase value of your home!

What would you do to increase value of your house. Where would you start? Kitchen, bathroom, basement or else? Do you think Granite Countertop help to increase you home value?

    Kitchen first. Then if you have any money left, do the masterbath. If you still have money left you are in the 1% and should think about hiring a good architect/design team.

    And yes, granite certainly helps resale.
