Shower pan w/ concrete floor

I have a basement floor and I like the even surface of the floor. If I saw the concrete and remove it. What will I need to do to make the pan and drain work?

Existing concrete floor is the ideal situation for a shower like this. Much easier then working with existing floor joists. First determine if there is existing drain in vicinity, and if so, is there proper fall from where you want to locate the shower
