My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Unless the snap together flooring is rated for damp/wet areas I wouldn't put it in the bathroom. There are snap together (interlocking) vinyl floors, called luxury vinyl plank. We used it in our basement family room after a flooding incident. It is 100% waterproof.
