Having crisp white doors is so clean and bright you should keep it. If you still think it's too white maybe by painting it a linen white would be nice. It goes well with the floors and does not look dirty. I do see your point though but It's completely fine. In your front entry way, by creating a focal point , whether it's the area rug or decoration on walls the eyes won't draw attention to the tile. As far as the glass on the door you can remove the glass part, find a design you like and get it custom fit. If you are keeping this black theme I see, you can paint just the front door black and leaving the sides and door to the right all white. Hope this helps have fun painting and decorating.
