Hi, it is hung with one hook screw that goes into the ceiling, and hangs from a thin nylon line, from an "s" hook on the end that attaches to the loop at the top of the mobile. I provide all of this necessary hardware and line. So, one hook would have to be screwed into the concrete ceiling somehow. Thanks! Debbie / Atomic Mobiles
