i'm wondering if the post anchoring the dock is wood...? Is it treated somehow to keep from rotting? It seems it would discolor the water...it's a wonderful idea, but i am curious about the practicality. We're about to start digging our pool, and i'd love to add a little "fishin' pier" for the grandkids...
