since you already have three hanging pieces, how about a crystal ceiling mount above the sink to tie in with the two hanging fixtures over the island?

Recessed light over the sink. Keep it simple, there is already a lot going on in the space with the large crystal lights.

Love your fixtures over the island, and think I would only put another recessed light there so that you won't have another fixture competing with the pretty crystal pendants over the island. I would consider changing the roman shade to something more formal/elegant as suggested by leelee. That will make a big difference and will tie in nicely with your elegant kitchen. recessed can. you have enough to look at here. its a small space, and the light would crowed the window. keep it simple. as you will start to over power the simple dining fixture with too much bling in the kitchen.I would also take down the valance over the window, and the table cloth off the table.

I am not feeling the pendants...If you can go with something simplier consider lowering them.
