    The trim color is Sail Cloth by Benjamin Moore.

    Trim and stucco side are both Sail Cloth, I presume? What BM color are the black shutters? Thanks!

    Correct. And while we're not sure of the exact color of the shutters, we can say that they often are a deep dark green (think historic "Charleston Green") rather than true black. Hope that's helpful!
