My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What are the shipping details?

Is this delivered inside my home? Is there assistance with unboxing? Or must I unload or carry it up the few steps alone? I have had back surgery and am unable to lift. Is there a shipping upgrade I can purchase to unpack it? Is it already assembled? Thanks.
