Oak Tree Pruning

Hi: I have a couple of large Oaks which need pruning. One has a lot of mistletoe and both need a general pruning out of dead limbs and collar trim, etc. I have not had luck finding anyone other than tree companies that do not seem to have much expertise other than in cutting down trees. Does anyone know of a really good arborist in Atlanta that does this work? Also, I assume that now is the best time to do this, correct?

Look for someone advertizing ISA Certification and other signs they are trying to be serious professionals. Then find out if they really are by talking to them in person, on your site. You should do a kind of survey anyway to get an idea what the right price is for the job.
