I am no expert, but it looks kinda mango-ish to me.
Doesn't look like a whole lot of room fir it between the walk way and what I take to be a fence behind it.

Thanks for the reply DM. I think it looks mangoish too but im so obsessed with them that I want everything to be mango, so I don't really trust my judgement. And you're correct, it's a very small space along the sidewalk but you wouldn't believe what they managed to squeeze in that space. It's probably the last place I'd but hardly anything other than a climbing vine.

I might also suspect it to be some type of plumeria more than a mango. Looks like the leaves have more veins than my mango leaves. And the new growth in picture 2 doesn't look quite mango-ish.

If the leaves are coated w/ a fuzz rather than glossy, it may be Michaelia champaca or M alba.

Definitely not Mango, I'd agree Frangipani/plumeria, you can see from the new emerging leaves. Don't think it'd be a 'Michelia' (I think virtually all Michelia have been lumped into Magnolia now).

Thank you, it does look like Plumeria! I dont know anything about them, will this one ever stand up straight or do they naturally slump over like this?

100% plumeria. It's not a normal popular pumeria variet with waxy leaves, these are much thinner, softer, almost like a tobacco leaf. The can is a give a way.
