My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I sell my semi-production pieces (such as the table above) at wholesale (50% of retail) to designers, provided they are of a standard size and material. I make the table above 36" tall, 60" wide and 12" deep, and use an assortment of woods within that price point. The wholesale price excludes shipping. Commissioned pieces I of course price independently of wholesale or retail. So, the piece above retails at 2,270 and wholesales at 1,135.00.
