My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    From this distance, it appears (I am not a professional who worked in this home) that this railing maybe comprised of both wood and steel. The balusters are ordered, pre-made and fit to the home design. The larger newel posts (that we see 5 of in this picture) look to be wood and may have been custom made.
