What size is the farmhouse sink?

This home is beautiful and has become the inspiration for the home I'm now building! My kitchen island is something like 101" long and very wide like this one. Would you recommend a 30" or 36" farmhouse sink? (The cabinet directly below where mine would sit is 36") Thanks!
