Paint Color with Giallo Ornamental

Has anyone had an experience using Benjamin Moore paint with Giallo Ornamental granite? My cabinets are white and my floors are very dark wood. I would love to find a beige but all of the colors I've tried so far just aren't right. (My kitchen is covered in little test spots!)

BM Shaker beige or Lenox Tan both work :)

You have probably painted by now, but we have Giallo Ornamental granite in our kitchen and used Sherwin Williams 6107, Nomadic Desert. You could go a shade lighter (Kilim Beige) or darker (Latte) from the same color strip. The guy at the paint store said they are "true neutrals". Our painter said these have been really popular colors. I have been happy with it...it must be neutral, because it seems to "go with" everything. It's not too yellow or too pinkish. We have it on a North side and it doesn't seem dreary.

I went with BM Monterey White and Dove White trim!
