Hello, I was refreshing the tung oil finish on my walnut table, but I think I neglected to remove the protectant Minwax off the legs (I couldn't remember if I waxed the legs (jeez, that sounds weird...). Guess I had.

So now I have the dreaded white fuzz where the tung oil dried over the wax. How to remove?

Should I just sand down (not looking forward to this), or try turpentine to get the tung off, then wax remover? It's just Minwax over the existing coats of Tung oil. My supposition is that the tung is just sitting on the wax...Thanks in advance
