Is the mirror a medicine cabinet? Could you please let me know where it was purchased?

It is a pair of recessed Robern Medicine cabinets mounted above a Corian lined niche. They are available online.

can you tell me the depth of the niche and are these 18" wide med cabs?

Those are spec'd as 24" wide x 40" tall Robern Medicine Cabinets which are available in different depths In this particular case, the niche is roughly 4" deep.
