Hey to you, too! Great taste in furnishings. How about a more colorful area rug to contrast with the neutrals you are planning for your furniture? Both the floor and the brick wall are pretty neutral, so go for whatever you like in terms of colors to pop against the furniture. Maybe consider smaller pieces with multiple functions as you can. You really don't need as much advice as you think you do.

Thanks! That's encouraging. I feel the area rug is incredibly vital in setting a mood to the space so I've been reluctant to look into colorful ones, but that's great advice. I also plan on having highly saturated color achieved in condensed pieces such as clocks, chairs, or even a one single out of place bar stool.

Back to the area rug, it's also a bit tricky due to the [River Stone Cocktail Table[(https://www.houzz.com/products/river-stone-cocktail-table-roman-stone-prvw-vr~14798518) which I am considering. I was leaning towards a [bamboo rug[(https://www.houzz.com/products/chilewich-bamboo-floormats-6-x-9-charcoal-prvw-vr~5473407) of some kind to go well with this stone table, I'm not sure what other materials for rugs would go well with it.
