This photo is of a demonstration cabinet that we used for trade shows to show all of the different shapes of drawers that we make. The drawer boxes are made of solid maple. The sub-fronts of the maple boxes are carved out of one piece of solid wood. The faces are made out of Kerf-Core plywood and veneered and edgebanded with rift white oak veneer. We can make almost any shape drawer with dovetails at any angle.

Thank you for the detailed answer. I've thought of the fronts are carved out of solid wood, just felt that it would require lots of materials, and expensive accordingly. It's really a unique demonstration, and i've seen many unusual but smart design from your pictures.
