Wall ovens- Wolf or Thermador

About to start a kitchen remodel and not sure what wall ovens to get. I love to cook and was thinking Wolf or Thermador. Currently have Dacor ovens but not impressed with them.
I think I am going with a Blue Star 36" rangetop but still thinking a little about a Wolf as I loved my old one. Thermador is nice but the clicking simmer function drives me nuts.

I'm sorry to agree with you that Dacor's strength in appliances is not ovens. Personally, I have also been disappointed in mine. Currently using a KitchenAid oven, which is amazingly wonderful and a great price! Of the high-end choices, I favor Wolf and Miele. If you want the latest in technology, the Miele oven is the way to go.

If you can afford go for Wolf, otherwise Thermador makes a nice product. Stay away from Viking, they have been having issues with quality.

Does anyone has experience with the chipping porcelain in Wolf's M wall oven? Thinking to purchase their combi steamer oven b/w Miele or Wolf, too-

don't know about wolf's wall ovens but i do have one of their gas freestanding range, works perfectly.
