What should I do with these?

I picked up this jelly roll of Kaffe Fassett fabrics when my local quilt shop closed. They are 6 inches wide. If you look at pictures of KF quilts they are often a mishmash of all different fabrics and colors. Do you think I should find a neutral to use with these or just use as is? I was thinking of cutting into 6 inch squares and just making quarter square triangles out of them. Maybe I could leave out the pastel colors. Any and all ideas welcome.

I belabored over what to do with a FQ bundle of Fassett for year before deciding what to do....did a lot of web image searches and checked out fassetts's web site and then just decided to go for it. By that I mean using all of the collection together. I think it worked....not sure if this is to your taste or not, but you can put them together with a good result.

They look pretty good together to me.......maybe the Chinese Coin pattern with white or black???? or, some other color? I'm such a big help. lol

The "Quilts in the Sun" cover quilt would be very pretty mixed with Batiks or Fossil Ferns.

I like geezerfolks idea. I've seen a lecture by Christine Barnes who uses hombres, grays and white ground fabrics with tiny black accents to good affect (effect???) with the stronger colors. These are little more gentle and lead me in a tan direction, but then I spotted some grays! Oh well. Whatever you do it will be fun.

Everyone knows I am a scrappy lover, but I think you need a nice neutral to tame those a bit. A tan may work well.

I love this one. Thanks for the picture I just feel like I'm copping out if I introduce a neutral, but it may be the smartest thing to do

I like neutrals with Kaffe and I'm a Kaffe fan. Littlehelen posted her lattice quilt above, but if you saw her other post of the 3 finished quilts from Retreat, check out the one with a neutral gray background and large rectangles of prints. The gray has a subtle print but is calm enough to balance out the bright bold Kaffe prints. That pattern would work with your prints and let them shine!
