We like the panels but we have experienced discoloring along all the edges of this installation. The Company has said that the have a now coating to prevent this from happening. We have used a similar product by Prodema on other projects and have had probelms with their panels as well.

Where could I find an overhang like this in orange county California, I think your design is perfect!

Where did you source the iron pulls that hold the roof up? What are these called? Do they actually hold the roof up or are they purely decorative?

You could have any local metal fabricator do the canopy supports. It's a rod and clevis assembly. The do act to help support the canopy roof but were important to the aesthetics of the house. The canopy could have been designed to be supported w/o the rods as well.
