Just wanted to share, I attempted to do the burrito method using our refrigerator, a friend of mine tried it with no refrigeration, and there was no success. From all the readings here, it would seem that the roses grown in our climate probably do not have a real dormant period to store up enough energy/nutrients ...

If anyone's tried warm weather burrito method and succeeded, please let me know. But now I'm back to the cuttings under a jar method.

Out of the 40 or so I tried propagating in the fall/winter, I only got three ... these two being really short stalks so I'm pretty amazed that they took.
