Hi everyone!

I am having some trouble figuring out how to furnish my new place. I do not have a formal dining room area and I am trying to fit living room furniture and a dining table + chairs in the area. Another challenge is that I want to make sure I have a nice clear walk way into the kitchen area. I've attached a couple pictures so you can see what I mean.

The area is very small and you can see that I've taped off some of the area for possible furniture. I am thinking that the couches would go in front of the fire place
and the dining table over by the window. Both of those areas are about 11x11' each but I think there is some wiggle room for bigger furniture if I need to (?) Or let me know if you think the area I taped off is just way too small.

Here are a couple links to layouts that I thought would be best for me to replicate, given the space constraints. Does anyone have any ideas on whether this would be the best set up or if I should go another route?
