BEWARE

we bought a 30" dark walnut vanity and when water is splashed on it - the walnut finish comes off. in has slow close drawers so one must open them with both hands - which usually are damp and the area around the handles also lose it's stain. when i wrote to the company they said "it shouldn't" and that since we weren't under warranty anymore there was nothing they could do. it came with a "stick" to cover those water spots so they knew there was an issue - but the stick leaves a glossy redish tint to the almost black stain. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER

Did you buy this through an authorized showroom? We sell a lot of vanities and have never had this issue. You can always go back to where you bought it from to get answers, order new parts/pieces or replace it. I'm sorry for your bad experience.

maybe you never had anyone get back to you on this. yes we purchased from a large san francisco kitchen/bathroom showroom. they said they couldn't do anything either since we'd had it past the warranty. did you know that the "pen" they include in with the purchase is made of some kind of paint? it's not the crayon type of repair kit that probably would have been better. i've finished wood pcs before and fixed gouges and scratches on other pcs of furniture so i know what i'm talking about. thanks for your empathy but nothing will change my mind about this company. they REALLY needed to take particular care with furniture that would be in constant contact with water.
