I would consider any color really, wanted to go with something light, for some resson I'm really into green lately, but I can save that for my living room, once I replace the flooring. I am just handicapped in color selection and coordination of colors. Thank you !

Does anyone have a few samples of a nice light brown or gold color paint that would match up well with green butterfly granite ?

We used Powell Buff by Benjamine Moore with cherry cabinets and a light olive green granite ( I don't recall its name) counter ... backsplash is a 2x2 mosaic shades of olive green, shades of Goldish color, a saddle brown that compliments the cherry cabs. And a light greyish green/ or taupe to lighten it up. Works for us

Verde butterfly is a gorgeous granite!! It lends itself well to a variety of complementary colors because of the olive veining and white/black specks. Depending on the primary colors in your particular slab, my preference would be to lean towards an olive color on the walls and let the granite be your real show stopper. It can become a little overwhelming if you have a lot of the same color tones in multiple applications. The cream backsplash sounds like it will go beautifully - I would look at Sherwin Williams "Sea Salt" or a color match to Benjamin Moore "Spanish Olive". These both have underlying tones of green without it being the obvious primary color. They will complement the granite & splash very well and bring out some of the beautiful veining. Good luck! :)
