    The stone slabs are actually an acid stained concrete. With a fine crushed rock. Either slate or penn bluestone.

    No, its not. Its a stone that has flat sides as opposed to a round one. The round ones roll and are difficult to walk on. A square/flat one can stack and hold pressure. Hope that helps. I believe these are bluestone chips.
