Do you think it is possible? I do and i know i can design a floor plan and style of architecture that would appeal to the masses and be under 2000 sq ft and feel like it is 2700 sq ft. Located on a very small footprint of land and yet private from the neighbors with tons of appeal. Calling all architects to work with me on the house i will call
