Enough so the leaves wilt. I have never measured how many ml, but have sprayed until the leaves are wet.

Thanks! Do you have any idea if say I have enough vinegar to fill a typical water bottle how many plants that could cover?

That depends on how much it takes to get good coverage of each plant, and whether thqat bottle is a pint, quart, or gallon.
