My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This is a white oak prefinished floor that was in the kitchen, dining room area. We took and installed white oak planks throughout and it was all sanded and finished with a moisture curing urethane. Glad you like it.

    Hello would you be able to elaborate on health issues regarding moisture cure finish? Would you recommend using it? We have 4 small children and will not be moving into the house until 3 weeks after the moisture cure has been applied.

    I prefer recommending this to other finishes for durability and looks. I would think that after 3 weeks the smell and concern should be gone with proper ventalation. Always best to contact the manufacturer and follow their guidelines. Sorry I didnt see this sooner.
