the last image is the picture of the duplex that I am painting.

the first image is a close up of the roof. the second image is the brick that is on the chimney and base of bay window, which is partially hidden by a shrub. the third image is the stone that covers the steps from the street and the exterior case.

the rendering has a proposed painting scheme, but disregard the colors used.

the building is stucco except for the clapboard siding on the second floor.

the rendering also shows the addition of Bahama shutters on the front windows of the second story. they are intended to hide the hide the ugly sliders, which I will replace when the current tenant leaves.
