My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    These screens are Vertical Roll Down, Motorized!

    Keep the view and NOT the bugs with motorized or manually operated Habitat Screens. These systems can cover spans up to 19ft. with secured edge retention tracks for insect, solar and privacy mesh in a variety of popular colors. The Habitat Screen rolls into a small, virtually unnoticeable housing when not in use and simply rolls down when you need protection.
