Need Help designing around a structural beam in master bath

How to build around structural beam for remodel. want to build shower and vanity on wall with beam do we tile up to beam in shower or over it ? there will be a matching vanity on opposite wall so medicine cabinet and lights need to match ones on wall with beam. We could build out wall to cover beam but we need the room in bathroom to fit in tub and shower. Our goal is to increase closet size and make bathroom a little smaller

Treat beam as ceiling and paint. Do NOT tile.

Not sure I understand. If the beam is in the shower it should definitively be tiled. I always tile also the shower ceiling unless the budget is super tight. And I would get rid of the light boxes if at all possible.

The beam shown over door continues and will be above one vanity and then into shower. Tiling shower ceiling might be a good idea but beam willstillbe noticeable . Wastrying to make a design that would build out a frame or something so beam not as noticeable especially in shower.

Go around the rest of the bathroom with the soffit that is around the beam. then do some type of treatment inside on the ceiling to accent or some type of molding. Fill in the area with can lights or some type of down lighting. room will look more balanced.
