Can you clarify how the bulbs work?

It says halogen so do they lay in the white cup holders? Or is this picture missing the bulbs?

Here is an image of what the G9 Halogen bulb looks like:

Hello,

There is a socket where the white holders are. In the middle is where you'll find the socket and this light uses a G9 bulb which can be seen from the post above.
