I've had Oedema on some of my plants for a couple weeks. Doesn't seem to bother them. Is this different?

Oedema is present, but the necrosis of the leaves doesn't fit the symptoms of oedema. This seems like toxicity of some sort? Happened after I transplanted up to help combat oedema.

Only affecting aleppo peppers, We have leaf curl down, stunted growth, black tips, necrosis on edges and patches, thin almost crispy leaves in places.

All organic soil mix (Roots organics)

No fertilizer

Bottom watered only when completely dried out, about once per week.

fan on, lights moved back.
