My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This ceiling light is in stock and available to ship out in 2-4 business days. The cord length is extendable from 46.7" to 118", from the ceiling to the bottom of the light fully extended is 135". I have attached a line drawing as a reference.
