How is the door hinged?

I will be putting a door in the same spot in my kitchen, on the other side of a peninsula, and am
trying to figure out how it should open. Thanks in advance for your reply.

    Hello! I'm not sure I understand the question. The two openings pictured are drywall openings without doors. Were you referring to those or a cabinet door?
