Would like the name and product that looks the closests to Carrara marble.

Would like to use Carrara marble on my counter tops but am afraid because it stains. Could I use Carrara marble tiles for back splash and what for counters?

    There are granites that have the look of Carrara marble. That way you get the hard durability of granite (which won't stain) and the timeless look of marble.

    Have you heard of quartzite? Quartzite is a natural stone quarried like marble and granite. It tends to look like marble, but is actually harder than granite. Two popular quartzites are Super White Quartzite (aka White Fantasy Quartzite)

    Since we posted this comment (which seems to be popular), there's a new quarzite on the market called New Super White, which is a little softer, but will hold up great with proper sealing. It looks a lot more like White Carrara Marble:
