tile for country cottage kitchen

started out with matte arctic white in Daltile. too gray. Has anyone seen AHNZU tile? Does matte or glazed create the more country/cottage look? considering the color snow drift...also wondering about grout color and looking for sherwin williams paint to match tile? my sink./stove are white, fridge is silver, floor is dark hickory, countertops are mottled dk/med browns.
any suggestions?
