My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      The light fixture is designed by Ingo Maurer. This particular light is called the Oh Mei Ma, it is available in a variety of materials (plastic, paper, etc). We ordered this one through INFORM interiors in Vancouver.

      This is the Ingo Maurer Oh Mei Ma Modern Pendant Lamp. It is available in two sizes and in two finishes: silver leaf and gold leaf. Six sheets of silver-coated or gold leaf paper sails hang suspended from the ceiling by cables with a halogen light in the center.
